A.D.S. 2 pages. An agreement whereby Lewis (George Washington's nephew) will sell approx. 550 acres in Jefferson County, called Rock Hall, to Ranson for $17,115. The transaction is to occur as soon as Lewis receives the deed; the land was involved in a lawsuit between the "Executors of Genl. Geo. Washington Plaintiff and Gerard Alexander and other Defendants."
