Agreement for sale of 85 1/2 acres of timbered land and 125 acres cleared land by Washington, near Charlestown -- Ranson to pay $60 per acre for wooded and $40 per acre for cleared -- terms of payment -- Washington to have it surveyed and give proper title. Document, docketed, laminated. Signed by Geo. F. Washington and Mathw. Ranson, witnessed by John Yates.
