Portico fronting library window, balustrade on river front portico, and two lodges at Alexandria entrance restored. Several rooms furnished. Refers to Miss Cunningham's death and burial. Taylor's detailed drawings of Mansion to be preserved with deed. Plans to be published in Boston Art and Architectural Journal. ER-6, p. 154
