A.L. three copies of letter. Accepts the resignation of Mrs. Riggs as Vice Regent and is sorry for her illness. She cannot accept his resignation as Treasurer alone as Regent - according to the MVLA Constitution she needs authorization of Council. Will seek legal advice to see if she can act alone.
