A.L.S. Cape Island. Constitution provides for annual Council; but last year unnecessary as VRs were raising funds. Council necessary this year as John A. Washington has left MV and Association had to assume possession of Estate. Regent wishes to combine first Council with final ceremony of taking possession of MV, and asks VR to select the date. Asks VRs to preserve their letters for Association archives. ER-19, p. 69
