Hoped to scale down all possible on "exorbitant price," but whatever her decision, his fund is payable to her on one day's notice unreservedly. Suggests "President" and "Vice-Presidents" rather than titles "Regent" and "Vice Regents" - also compares two possible candidates in St. Louis. ER-9, p. 165
