Passed night with Mr. Washington at Mount Vernon and discussed terms of purchase - objection to reservation of Tomb and demand for interest. If he adjusts the purchase could be made at once. Plans of woeful dilapidation. Repairs will be $15-20,000. New York Central Bonds are 11 cents over price paid.
