"Measured through the permission of the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association in the summer of 1931 under a grant from the Joseph H. Clark Bequest of Harvard University. Assisted in Research and Presentation by Robert Stockton Stryker and in surveys by Arthur Clayton Sylvester."
