Lieutenant Colonel William Bither first served with the United States Army 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment at Fort Lewis, Washington as a rifle platoon leader. He then joined United States Army Special Forces and has been stationed in Korea, Quantico (Virginia), the Marine Corps Amphibious Warfare School, Germany, Fort Bragg (California), Kuwait, and Iraq.
