Biographical / historical:

William Grady went through United States Army basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and then on to Fort Riley, Kansas, where he was with the 1st Division, 26th Infantry, C Company. He served in Vietnam and left the armed services as a Specialist 4.

Thomas Turner went through United States Army basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and then went to Fort Sam Houston, Texas for medical training. In Vietnam he served as a line medic for approximately eleven months in the field, one month in the rear. Upon his return from Vietnam, he worked in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, in the flight surgeon's office.
