This interview covers Tyson Wilson's service in World War II (2nd Marine Division) and briefly his time teaching Combat Intelligence at Quantico, Virginia, and his years teaching with the Economics, History and Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) departments at Virginia Military Institute.

Biographical / historical:

Colonel Tyson Wilson served with the United States Marine Corps (active duty and Reserves) from 1941 to 1977. For his service he received the Bronze Star with Combat V, the Purple Heart, and two Presidential Unit Citations (Guadalcanal and Tarawa).
