E. discusses his childhood in Mexico; working in Odell, Oregon to pick apples; his work at Chili's and a poultry plant in Harrisonburg, Virginia; his family in Mexico; and his views on living in Harrrisonburg. E. describes his work at the poultry plant, including the assembly line, management, advancement, compensation, safety issues, and workplace conflict.
