Subseries 2.2 - Legislative Studies

Scope and content:

This subseries contains studies on issues not necessarily linked to a specific bill. Such studies were used as background for developing a legislative agenda as well as for taking part in informed debate. Included in the studies are the major working files for the revision of the Virginia State Constitution (1968-1969) as well as information on such topics as the environment and nuclear energy regulation.
