New Map of Maryland by John Ogilby (1600-1676). Copper plate engraving, color. 20.15 in. x 16.21 in. (51.18 cm x 41.17 cm). Map depicts seventeenth-century Maryland and parts of both Virginia, and New Jersey. Ornate Titlepiece is in top center of map. Dedication, adorned with the coat of arms of Lord Baltimore, is in the upper right, and scale in lower left.
