Scope and content:

Many of the playbills in this subseries are Performing Arts magazines and from theaters in San Franciso and Los Angeles. Theatres include the Ambassador Cocoanut grove, American Conservatory Theatre, Aquarius Theatre, Curran Theatre, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Huntington Hartford Theatre, Las Palmas Theatre, Little Fox Theatre, the Music Center, the Orpheum Theatre, Shubert Theatre, and the War Memorial Opera House.
