Series 4: Research,

Scope and content:

This series contains material used in Censer's research on the press in 18th century France, as well as various aspects of the French Revolutionary era (mostly photocopies). It also contains multiple versions of some of Censer's scholarly output and related material, including articles, book chapters, essays from his time as a student, publishing logistical materials, reviews, and correspondence. ALso included are materials from Censer's participation in professional organizations such as the American Historical Association.
