- Patricia Vaughn Angell is a retired architect in Berkeley who graduated in 1960 with a B. Arch and 1961 with a M. Arch from UC Berkeley studying under Eric Mendel.sohn aand W.W. Wurster. She had no difficulties in fining positions in architect's offices and qualified for the state license in1966. She started her own office out of her home and did not need to advertise her services. Together with her friend, Labelle Prussin, she researched the life and work of Julia Morgan shortly after Morgan's death in 1957 and having the article published in the Dictionary of American Biography, Supplement No. 6, 1956-1960.
