Series IV: Personal Papers contains autograph books, certificates, pamphlets, photographs, plaques, programs, and yearbooks detailing Mary Josephine King's junior high and high school education; her nursing education and career as a nursing instructor at schools and hospitals in Mississippi, West Virginia, and Virginia, including Portsmouth General Hospital.
