This subseries was arranged alphabetically by county, beginning with Chesterfield, Henrico, and Hanover Counties, and Richmond, followed by miscellaneous counties. The miscellaneous counties include Amelia, Caroline, Charles City, Essex, Gloucester, Goochland, King and Queen, New Kent, Powhatan, and York Counties, Virginia.

The files within each county are arranged alphabetically by street name. For example if looking for a plat of Bellwood Avenue in Richmond, search under Richmond, B (Box 177, Folder 28).
