There are some examples of official correspondence from local government dealing with Jamgochian's various legal difficulties with neighbors of his Rockfalls Drive property. Also contained in this subseries is a folder of correspondence related to the architect's attempt to donate his land to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
