Color photograph of Marie Elizabeth Spinner's 96th birthday celebration. She is pictured seated in a living room with six women and a young girl, including her daughter Rita Murphy Harris and niece Toniette Henry Duncan. The room is decorated with various striped and floral motifs in golden yellow. Behind the gathering is a dining room table on which sit purses, a floral arrangement, and two weighted party balloons shaped like the numerals 9 and 6. Spinner is seated in an armchair near the lower edge if the image. Toniette Henry Duncan, center, leans against the chair's arm. Rita Murphy Harris, seated on a couch, is the rightmost figure in the group. Photograph is undated, but Marie Elizabeth Spinner's 96th birthday was 7 January 2020
