Douglas and Mayor Euille are posed holding the award, standing in front of (L to R) Janice Magnesun of the Alexandria Archaeological Commission, Charlie LeeDecker representing the Louis Berger Group, Inc., and Joe Reeder. The photograph was taken Alexandria City Council chambers during the meeting held on 27 October 2009.
