Reverse of marriage certificate for Joseph Wheeler and Annie Virginia Lee (ABFR-23-024-082). The certificate features handwritten text in a fill-in-the-blank template to indicate the location and date of the couple's marriage. Printed images of red roses and other foliage decorate the page. Certificate is dated 26 February 1920
