Primarily these papers contain suggestions for long term improvements and of funding needs at WVU in the immediate post-war (World War II) era. Also there are papers from his days as a student at WVU, Class of 1918, reflecting his activities in fraternities, as editor and chief of the Daily Athenaeum and as cadet colonel of ROTC.
