      <head>Scope and Content </head>
      <p>Document signed by James Semple, with a detailed description of land for sale in
                Williamsburg, and a sketch of the buildings on the lot. Houses were originally
                erected on the land by Dr. Pasteur. The property is currently known as the William
                Finnie property, 506 E. Francis St. Mentions Mr. Bassett's land. </p>
