<p>Scrapbook, 1897-1918, of Florence Hillyard which contains newspaper clippings, handbills, postcards, and pamphlets concerning civic, political and social events in Winchester, Virginia and especially concerning Charlie [Charley] Rouss Fire Company and Mrs. Charles Broadway Rouss. The volume includes family letters of the Hillyard family during World War I.</p>  </scopecontent>
