    <head>Biographical / Historical</head>
<p>Louise Grant was a student at William &amp; Mary in 1937 and 1938. Letters written by her were addressed to her father, Hugh Gladney Grant, who served as US ambssador to Albania from 1935 to 1939. In her letters, Grant describes her experiences as a student at William &amp; Mary.</p>  </bioghist>

<p>This collections contains four letters written by Louise Grant and one received by her. The letters written by Grant date from 1937 and 1938, when Grant was a student at William &amp; Mary. They are addressed to her parents. The letter received by Grant was written in 1935.</p>  </scopecontent>
