</head>
<p>This collection contains garments from the earliest years of Radford College, including clothing associated with the Pocahontas student literary society such as reproductions of Native American moccasins and costume/dress. and a dress worn by M'Ledge Moffett at the first commencement in 1913. It also includes a Highland Band uniform and RU athletics memorabilia from the 1970s such as rage cups, lacrosse pins, fleece blanket and RU Sweatshirt. </p>
<p>In Box 2 are housed items possibly belonging to Clara Carner such as the Pocahontas society materials from above and a pair of white slippers/shoes, pair of socks and pair of white leather gloves. Other items in the collection include, but are not limited to items from the Home Economics department such as a shower cap, uniform skirt and uniform bag all belonging to Eric Shelborne, circa 1918.
