The bulk consists of reel-to-reel tapes and cassettes created by the Public Relations Office (now Communications and Marketing) which recorded VMI events. Also includes Glee Club LPs (1950's-60's) and misc. other audio (e.g. Flapjack Blues played by Frank Pancake).

Also includes discs containing digitized audio for selected reel to reel tapes.

Researchers should contact the Archives if they are interested for a particular topic. At this time, we have limited resources/equipement to digitize this material from obsolete formats.
