    <head>Biographical / Historical</head>
<p>Montgomery Chamberlayne Jackson was born in 1900 in Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated VMI in 1920 and went on to become a United States Army Officer. He died in 1972 in Carmel, California.</p>  </bioghist>

<p>This collection consists of one VMI scrapbook compiled by Montgomery C. Jackson (VMI Class of 1920). The scrapbook includes photographs of cadet life (classmates, dances, and athletic events) and buildings, clippings, and other memorabilia.</p>  </scopecontent>
