    <head>Biographical Information</head>
<p>Daniele Struppa, Ph.D. is an Italian academic and mathematician. Dr. Struppa served in various roles at George Mason University, including as the former Dean of the College of of Humanities and Social Sciences. Dr. Struppa is the current President of Chapman University and previously served as their Chancellor for nine years. He has also served in many roles at universities in Italy, and is the author and editor of several academic publications on mathematics.</p>  </bioghist>
