    <head>Biographical Note</head>
<p>Percy Clayton Hamilton, from Newport News, Virginia, was an Electrical Engineering major at Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VPI) in the class of 1912. He graduated as a lieutenant in Company A. At Virginia Tech, he was an active member of the campus: Class Football (1908-1909), Associate Editor of "The Tech" (1909-1910), "The Bugle" (1909-1910), Defending Attorney Corps (1911-1912), and President Lee Literary Society (1911). </p><p>There is a Percy Clayton Hamilton (1890-1930), who served in the U.S. Army as a Major, and is buried in Evergreen Memorial Park, Tucson, Arizona.</p><p>Sources:
